Beijing SoundAI Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”) is the developer and operator of the SoundAI platform. We fully understand the importance of personal information to you and value your trust in us. We have established this “Privacy Policy” and would like to specially remind you to carefully read and understand this policy before using SoundAI and its related services so as to make appropriate choices.
The “SoundAI Store Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as “this policy”) applies to the store-related products and services we provide. If a specific product or service we offer has a separate privacy policy or user service agreement, such privacy policy or user service agreement shall take precedence. I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
Personal information refers to various types of information recorded in electronic or other forms that are related to identified or identifiable natural persons, excluding information that has been anonymized.
We will follow the principles of legitimacy, propriety, and necessity, and collect and use your personal information, as well as personal information obtained from third parties, for the purposes stated in this policy when you use our products and services. If we intend to use your personal information for purposes not stated in this policy, or use the information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will inform you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again before use.

When you use our products/services, we need to collect and use the following personal information:
1. Registration and Login
When you register an account and log in to our platform via your mobile phone number, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number to complete account creation and verification.
If you choose to bind your account registered on our platform with your email address for subsequent email login, we will collect your email address and verify your identity by sending an email verification code to that email.
After registering an account, you may choose to provide additional information such as your nickname, gender, birthday, location, and preferred language to complete your profile. However, not providing this information will not affect your ability to register an account on our platform.
2. Purchase of Products
Online Shopping: When you make a purchase on our official store, in order to ensure the safe delivery of the products you have purchased, we need to collect your name, phone number, shipping address, bank card information (if you choose to pay by credit card), invoice title, and taxpayer identification number (if you choose to request an invoice).
Official Store Reviews: If you choose to upload a review on our official store, we will collect and display the content of your review and the type of product you purchased. Your nickname will be displayed in a de-identified form.
3. Services and Support
When you apply for after-sales service, in order to accurately diagnose the issue and provide repair services, we need to collect information about your product purchase, problem description, and any relevant screenshots or videos.
When you contact us through online consultation, email, customer service phone, or any written form to seek support or ask questions, we may collect records of your communication with our customer service representatives in order to resolve your issues.
4. Security Operations and Operational Analysis
1) To maintain the normal, stable, and secure operation of our products or services, we will collect and use necessary device and log information.
2) To analyze the stability of the products and services we provide, we need to collect and use device information and network conditions. Therefore, when you access our platform’s web pages or use our platform’s services through a mobile electronic device (including smartphones or tablet computers, etc.) via an app or browser, we will collect information related to your device’s IP address and mobile electronic device, including device model, device identifiers (such as IMEI/ICCID/AndroidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID/GAID).
To prevent phishing websites, fraud, cyberattacks, and malware, we will collect information about your internet usage habits and basic information about your frequently used mobile devices (for example, device terminal type, device terminal screen resolution, device network operator), and URL visit records to assess the risk level of your account. We may record some URLs that we consider risky for the purpose of detecting and preventing security incidents.
Please be aware that individual device information and usage log information do not constitute personal information when they cannot be used alone or in combination with other information to identify a specific individual. However, if we combine this non-personal information with other information to identify a specific individual or use it in conjunction with personal information, we will treat it as your personal information and handle and protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy during the period of combination.
Circumstances Where Consent Is Not Required by Law:
Please understand that in the following circumstances, according to laws and regulations, we may process your personal information without obtaining your authorization:
1. When it is necessary to enter into or perform a contract at your request;

Personal Information Usage Rules
1. We will use the collected personal information for the purposes listed in this policy to achieve the functions of our services.
2. When we intend to use your personal information for purposes not stated in this policy, or use the personal information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will seek your express consent in advance. Please understand that the products and/or services we provide to you will be continuously updated and changed. If you choose to use other products and/or services not listed in this policy, we will inform you in detail about the purpose, method, and scope of the information collection through agreements, page prompts, or other means before collecting your personal information and obtain your consent. Storage Period
We will only store your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy and for the duration required by laws and regulations and regulatory provisions, unless there are mandatory retention requirements under the law. For example, the E-Commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China requires that information on products and services, as well as transaction information, be retained for no less than three years from the date of transaction completion. After the retention period has expired, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
If we cease operations or services, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information and comply with relevant legal requirements to notify you in advance. After the termination of services or operations, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or regulatory authorities.
Storage Location
To ensure that you can use the services provided by the store normally and that the products you purchase can be safely delivered, the personal information we collect and generate during the operation will be stored on servers located in North America. We will follow the requirements of U.S. law and enter into contracts with overseas recipients in accordance with the standard contracts formulated by the national cyberspace administration to ensure that your personal information receives protection equivalent to that within China. For example, we will use encryption technology to enhance the security of personal information, use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent personal information from being maliciously attacked, deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information.

The internet environment is not one hundred percent secure. We will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or management protection facilities are compromised, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information, and causing damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear the corresponding legal responsibility. You can delete some of your information through the paths listed in “(1) Access, Correction, and Supplement,” or apply to delete all your information by canceling your account. If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify, as far as possible, any third parties who have obtained your personal information from us (if any) to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or these entities have obtained your independent authorization. After you delete information from our services, due to applicable laws and security technology limitations, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from our backup systems. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing of it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

Subject to technical feasibility, such as matching data interfaces, we will provide you with data transfer pathways in accordance with legal requirements.
